Jeffery Nero Hardy Jeff is the younger of the two Hardys and proves to be a turnbuckle technician with every other move he executes coming from the top rope. If any human has gotten near flying it's Jeff Hardy. After an opponent is knocked out of the ring he doesn't think twice about catapulting himself over the top rope, do a flip, and knock out the opponent with the greatest of ease. He is willing to risk himself for the sport he loves as well as the fans who adore him. Jeff and his brother Matt put a true definition to the word high-flyer.
